About the Role
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Operations & E-Commerce Manager to join our team at Dalco. In this part-time role, you'll be the backbone of our day-to-day online operations — keeping our inbox organized, our Shopify store running smoothly, and our ads performing at their best.

What You'll Do

Email Management — Monitor, organize, and respond to business emails in a timely and professional manner
Shopify Operations — Manage product listings, inventory updates, order processing, and storefront maintenance on Shopify
Shipping Coordination – Quote shipping costs and arrange international shipments
Paid Advertising — Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns (e.g., Meta, Google Ads) to drive traffic and sales
Reporting — Track key performance metrics and provide regular updates on store and campaign performance
General Operations Support — Assist with day-to-day operational tasks as needed

What We're Looking For
Proven experience managing a Shopify store
Hands-on experience running paid ad campaigns
Strong written communication skills for professional email correspondence
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines
Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms is a plus
Quickbooks experience is a plus.
Has understanding or past experience with international shipping


Compensation & Schedule:
Rate: $12 USD/hour
Hours: Part-time, ~10 hours/week
Schedule: Flexible, with availability expected during core business hours
