Virtual Assistant – Social Media, Client Engagement & Marketing (Wellness / Healing Business)

We are seeking a reliable, creative, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to work 10-15 hours per week with potential growth, supporting a growing healing and spiritual education business. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, fluent in English, and comfortable managing social media, digital marketing, and client communications. Experience working with wellness, coaching, or spiritual businesses is a plus.

This role requires someone who can both execute tasks and provide creative support for promotions and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Create and schedule daily posts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok
Promote healing sessions, classes, special offers, and events
Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages
Help grow social media presence and community engagement

Marketing & Promotions

Assist with promotions through GoDaddy website tools and Google Business Page
Write blog posts related to healing, spiritual growth, and wellness
Implement basic SEO strategies to improve online visibility
Support marketing campaigns for classes, retreats, and events

Client Database & Communication

Build and maintain a client database
Organize client emails and contact information
Send follow-up messages after healing sessions
Assist with newsletters and client outreach

Technical Support

Assist with livestreaming events via Zoom
Support Facebook and Instagram live broadcasts
Help coordinate online Meetup gatherings and events
Provide basic troubleshooting for livestream sessions

Administrative Support

Assist with scheduling and event coordination
Help organize digital files and documents
Support general business operations as needed

Qualifications

Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Experience managing Facebook and Instagram business pages
Comfortable writing blogs and marketing content
Basic understanding of SEO
Experience with Zoom, livestreaming, and online events
Strong organizational and communication skills
Tech-savvy and able to learn new platforms quickly

Preferred Experience

Experience working with wellness, healing, coaching, or spiritual businesses
Familiarity with the GoDaddy website, Meetup, Google Business Page, and HeyGen
Experience with email marketing platforms
Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar)
