Automation Systems Architect (n8n / Make.com)

We’re looking for someone who likes breaking things — then rebuilding them better.

Right now, a lot of work across our companies is still manual, messy, or held together by chat messages and workarounds. That’s what you’re coming in to fix.

You won’t be handed small tasks.
You’ll be given real problems and the freedom to solve them properly.

You’ll work directly with the CEO to redesign how the business actually runs — across real estate, operations, and media.

What you’ll actually do

- Remove unnecessary steps (not everything should be automated)
- Clean up and rebuild workflows across ClickUp and CRM
- Turn scattered processes into structured systems
- Connect tools so data flows automatically
- Ship working automations every week

This role is a fit if you:

- Have real experience with n8n or ----------
- Have built multi-step automations across multiple tools
- Understand APIs, webhooks, and how systems talk to each other
- Care more about shipping than over-planning
- Can look at a messy process and immediately see what shouldn’t exist

Starts as contract ? moves to full-time for strong performers
