Meta Ads Marketing Manager (AI Lead Generation System)

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Marketing Rep / Ads Manager to manage paid advertising campaigns for our AI-powered lead generation system.

You will:
• Launch and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
• Maintain active client accounts
• Monitor performance and ensure campaigns stay live
• Support lead generation systems that feed into AI automation

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE (VERY IMPORTANT)

1. SETUP COMMISSION (PAID PER CLIENT)
You will earn:

50% of the Marketing Setup Fee for each client

Plan Setup Fee Your Earnings

Starter $750 = $375

Pro $750–$1,000 = $375–$500

Elite $1,000 = $500

Enterprise $1,500 = $750

Paid after:
• Client signs
• Setup is completed
• Campaign is launched

MONTHLY RECURRING PAY (PER CLIENT)
You will earn monthly income for every client you actively manage

Monthly Pay Per Client:
Plan Monthly Pay
Starter: $30/month
Pro: $60/month
Elite: $90/month
Enterprise: $120/month

You are paid every month per active client
PAYMENT CONDITIONS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

You ONLY get paid if:

• The client is active and paying
• Campaigns are live and running
• You are assigned to that client
• Accounts are being properly maintained

If a client pauses, cancels, or is reassigned:
Payment for that client stops immediately

EARNING POTENTIAL
Example (20 Clients Managed):
• 8 Pro: $480
• 6 Elite: $540
• 4 Starter: $120
• 2 Enterprise: $240

Total Monthly Income: $1,380/month
You are paid based on:
• Clients you manage
• Performance of accounts
• Active workload

CLIENT CAP (IMPORTANT)
You can manage a maximum of 20 clients

This ensures:
• High performance
• Manageable workload
• Better results

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Create and launch Meta ad campaigns
• Set up targeting and budgets
• Upload ad creatives
• Monitor campaign performance
• Adjust budgets when needed
• Ensure campaigns stay active
• Fix ad account issues (disapprovals, errors)

• Experience with Facebook Ads Manager
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Can manage multiple accounts
• Reliable and consistent
• Comfortable with performance-based pay
