JOB OVERVIEW

***Experience working for a print shop/embroidery/apparel client is required. Please don't apply if you've never worked in that industry.

***Some basic experience with Adobe Illustrator (working with mockups) is a plus, but not required.



The Role:
We are an embroidery and custom apparel shop in the U.S. We have a team already, and you'd be the newest addition. Your job is to service inbound warm leads looking for apparel that we will design for them (think hats, shirts, etc.).

You get to know the needs of the customer, get their requirements, and work with our design team to make mockups and make the sale. You then follow up and nurture leads effectively until you make the sale.

Basic understanding and experience working in the print/embroidery industry is needed.



More details:
Experience with Go High Level (GHL) is good but not required.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (basic to intermediate) for reviewing and understanding design files

Familiarity with Outlook and Google Workspace (Google Suite)

Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Google Gemini to improve efficiency, communication, and workflow

Strong attention to detail, especially when reviewing customer requests and artwork

A keen eye for design and aesthetics to help guide clients effectively

Tech-savvy and adaptable, with the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity

Excellent communication and follow-up skills






Details:
-Work from home
-$5/hour
-Mon-Fri 40 hours (8 hours paid, 1 hour unpaid lunch)
-8am-5pm Central (9pm-6am Philippines time)
