I am looking for a JavaScript Web & App Developer (AI-Native) for our team (Remote, at least 30h/week)

Product: Dial Dojo (AI Sales Training Platform) & other internal projects

Location: Remote
Position: Long-term contractor (full-time aquivalent)
Start Date: ASAP ;)

Who We Are:
German Forged Brands is a newly founded company building modern digital products (mostly SAAS).

One of our core products is Dial Dojo, an AI-powered sales training platform where sales professionals practice realistic conversations with AI prospects using voice technology. We are currently building and expanding the platform and are looking for an experienced JavaScript Web & App Developer to help us evolve the product.

Your Role as a Senior Developer:
As part of our development team, you will work on modern web applications and potentially mobile/desktop app integrations. You will contribute to building scalable frontend systems, integrate modern APIs and services, and work with modern AI-assisted development workflows.

Your tasks include
- Building modern web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Developing frontend systems using frameworks such as Vue.js, React.js, or Angular
- Working with Nuxt.js for modern web applications
- Implementing responsive UI components (Bootstrap or similar frameworks)
- Integrating backend services and databases (e.g. Firebase, Supabase, MongoDB)
- Implementing authentication systems and login integrations (Google, AWS, etc.)
- Contributing to web and app development
- Implementing features for online shop systems / e-commerce workflows
- Building maintainable and scalable frontend architectures
- We use Microsoft Teams for communication, ClickUp for project management, and GitHub for code and CI/CD.
- (IMPORTANT): Using AI coding tools and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate development (we are mostly using Augment Code and Claude Code, paid accounts will be provided)

Required Skills & Experience
- at least 5 years of programing experience
- very good english verbally and written (you will need to share your vision with us in videocalls)
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Solid experience with TypeScript
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as: Vue.js / React.js / Angular
- Experience with Nuxt.js
- Good knowledge of Bootstrap
- Hands-on experience with Firebase, Supabase, or MongoDB
- Experience with app development
- Understanding of authentication systems and login integrations
- Experience using AI coding tools and AI-supported development workflows
- Understanding of online shop / e-commerce processes

Optional but Helpful Skills
- Experience with Ionic
- Experience with Electron

Our hiring process usually includes:
1. Application review (we look at each candiate and gather internal feedback)
2. Video Call Interview (partly in Tagalog, because of fake profiles, scammers / fake identities)
2. A paid test week if the Video Call Interview was good
3. Signing a long-term independent contractor agreement & NDA to work together :)
