Top Talent Landscape Site Plan Designer for Innovative Company

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and creative Landscape Site Plan Designer to support our landscape team. This role is responsible for creating professional, customer-facing landscape site plans based on photos, measurements, and notes gathered by our sales representatives. Your work will play a key role in helping clients clearly visualize their projects and move forward with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create landscape site plans and layouts using photos, measurements, and notes provided by the sales team
- Design visually appealing, clean, and easy-to-understand plans for customer review and approval
- Incorporate elements such as plant layouts, sod areas, hardscapes, and other landscape features into each design
- Revise and refine designs based on feedback from the sales team
- Deliver completed plans in a timely manner to support and accelerate the sales process

Skills & Experience:
- Experience with landscape design, site planning, or similar work
- Proficiency in design tools such as ProLandscape+, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction closely
- Ability to interpret rough sketches, photos, and measurements into clean, professional designs
- Good communication skills and responsiveness
