Claude AI Automation & Agent Builder (Full-Time – $1,200/mo + Bonuses)

We’re a growing content and marketing company working with high-level businesses (7–8 figures) to build content systems that actually drive revenue.

We’re looking for someone who can help us build AI-driven (Claude) workflows and systems to move faster, reduce manual work, and scale what we’re doing.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your main job is to use AI to make our business run better and faster.

Some examples:

Content / Video
Help improve and automate long-form video editing workflows
Turn long videos into short-form clips more efficiently
Support thumbnail and content variation creation

Podcast
Help prep episodes (research, outlines, etc.)
Write titles, descriptions, and show notes
Optimize content for SEO / AI search (AEO)
Improve the workflow from recording ? publishing

Sales / Client Work
Turn meeting notes into:
Follow-up emails
Summaries of client goals and pain points
Content that's ready to post

Help improve how we communicate with and convert clients

AI & Automation
Build workflows using tools like Claude, Zapier, Make, etc.

Look for ways to:
-Save time
-Reduce manual work
-Improve output quality
