Real Estate Cold Caller (Part-Time) – 15 hrs/week ($7-$8/hr)

I am a real estate investor looking for a high-energy, experienced Cold Caller to join my team. You will be responsible for calling homeowners across various markets in the United States to see if they are interested in a cash offer for their property.
Your Daily Tasks:
Virtual Prosecting: Use DealMachine to find distressed properties in assigned U.S. zip codes.
Outbound Calling: Make calls for 3 hours a day. You must be flexible to call East Coast, Central, or West Coast times depending on the leads.
Lead Qualification: Identify "Motivated Sellers," uncover their "Why," and confirm property condition.
CRM Management: Accurately update lead notes and skip-trace data in DealMachine.

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of US Real Estate cold calling (Nationwide experience preferred).
Tech: Quiet home office, noise-canceling headset, and high-speed internet (must provide speed test).
Skills: Excellent English (American accent preferred) and the ability to handle tough objections.
Versatility: Ability to quickly learn the "vibe" of different U.S. markets (e.g., Midwest vs. Florida).
