What This Job Is

We are looking for a Remote Dispatcher who will manage live delivery operations for our U.S. markets. You will coordinate drivers on the ground in the U.S., handle real-time issues, and make sure deliveries happen on time, all from your home.

In addition to daily dispatch, you will also help recruit and onboard drivers when needed, to grow our delivery fleet.

This is a high-responsibility, fast-paced role. You must be someone who stays calm under pressure, forsee and plan things in advance, communicates & make a sound decison quickly and clearly, and can handle multiple tasks at the same time.

Daily Responsibilities

Dispatch & Operations:
- Monitor and manage live deliveries across multiple U.S. cities at once using Onfleet and Cartwheel
- Assign drivers to orders in real time and adjust routes as needed
- Communicate with drivers via Aircall (phone/calls) and internally via Slack (messaging) throughout your shift
- Quickly resolve issues, late drivers, missed pickups, route problems, without waiting to be told
- Keep accurate records and shift notes in *Google Suite* (Sheets, Docs, Gmail)
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager on escalations or major i ----------

*Driver Hiring*
- Post job ads and screen applicants for open driver positions for your markets (Only when needed)
- Conduct initial interviews and assess driver suitability, (experience and gadgets)
- Manage onboarding steps from document collection to first shift
- Keep the driver pipeline active so we always have coverage when needed

Requirements

-Prior dispatch experience is required, experience in last-mile delivery, catering logistics, food delivery operations, or similar is strongly preferred
- Able to manage multiple drivers and multiple live deliveries simultaneously
- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal (you will be on calls with U.S.-based drivers)
- Fast-paced work attitude, you make decisions quickly and take ownership
- Reliable internet connection and a proper home work setup
- Experience with Onfleet, Cartwheel, Aircall, Slack, or Google Suite is a strong advantage
- Willing to work rotating shifts within 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST (evenings to early mornings in the Philippines)

Hours:Rotating shifts, 7–8 hours/day within 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time (EST).
In PH Time 6:00 AM EST = 6:00 PM PHT | 7:00 PM EST = 7:00 AM PHT (+1 day)

Rate: Competitive USD hourly rate, based on experience
