Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Part-time
Hours Available: 20 Hours
Timezone: Irish Time (GMT) 10am-2pm or 11am-3pm


About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to build, improve, and maintain modern web applications from frontend to backend. You will work closely with product, design, and operations teams to ship features quickly, reliably, and securely.


Key Responsibilities
· Build and maintain frontend applications with responsive, accessible UI.

· Develop backend APIs, business logic, and database integrations.

· Design clean, scalable architecture and reusable components.

· Write secure, tested, and maintainable code.

· Optimize application performance, reliability, and developer workflows.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver features.

· Review code, mentor teammates, and improve engineering standards.


Required Skills & Experience
· 3+ years experience in full stack development.

· Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills.

· Experience with a frontend framework (React/Next.js preferred).

· Experience with backend frameworks (Node.js, Python/Django).

· Solid understanding of REST APIs and authentication/authorization.

· Practical knowledge of SQL/relational databases.

· Experience with Git, CI/CD, and modern development workflows.

· Experience working in Agile development environments (sprint planning, task tracking, and iterative delivery).

· Solid understanding of SSDLC standards and secure development practices aligned with ISO 27001.

· Strong debugging, communication, and ownership mindset.

· Experience with AWS cloud platforms.

· Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.


Nice to Have
· Experience integrating payment systems (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) and supporting subscription/billing workflows.

· Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools.

· Experience with unit/integration/e2e testing.

· Experience building SaaS or project management platforms.

· Backend: Python (Django) or Node.js

· Database: PostgreSQL

· Infrastructure: Docker, CI/CD pipelines, cloud hosting
