We are a fast-scaling e-commerce company operating 8 active Shopify stores across two niches: fashion and home & decor. Our stores run across multiple European markets including the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Denmark, Poland, and Ireland.
We are looking for a Front End Manager who will take full ownership of our stores, product feed and listing team. This is not a task-execution role. We need someone who thinks like an operator, manages a team with confidence and takes initiative without being told what to do.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Listing Review & Quality Control
- Review and approve all product listings before they go live
- Check every listing for full GMC compliance: titles, descriptions, GTINs, images, variants, prices and shipping classes
- Provide structured feedback to listers and maintain an error log per tea
Team Management
- Hire, onboard and manage a team of product listers across fashion and home & decor
- Set daily targets, review output quality and hold the team accountable to KPIs
- Build and maintain SOPs and Loom training videos for all listing processes
Feed Hygiene & GMC Health
- Run daily checks across all 8 GMC accounts for errors, warnings and disapprovals
- Diagnose and resolve disapproved products quickly and structurally
- Keep all feeds fully compliant across all active markets and languages
Product Performance & Pricing
- Analyze weekly performance data per product: CTR, ROAS, conversion rate and margin
- Optimize underperforming listings by adjusting titles, images, descriptions or pricing
Storefront & Collections
- Keep all collections clean, accurate and logically structured across every store
- Execute seasonal switches and ensure every store looks professional at all times
Media Buyer Collaboration
- Work directly with our media buyers to execute product optimizations based on ad performance
- Handle domain switches, post-audit adjustments and other front end requests independently
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience managing Shopify stores in a dropshipping or e-commerce environment
- Deep understanding of Google Merchant Center, feed compliance and Google Shopping
- Experience managing a remote team and holding people accountable to results
- Strong eye for detail: errors in listings, feeds and stores do not slip past you
- Solid understanding of CRO and what makes a store convert
- Available 6 days per week with overlap during CET business hours
- Fluent in English, clear communicator, responsive

EARNING MORE OVER TIME
If your performance is consistently strong and the stores grow because of the work you put in, we will reflect that in your compensation. For the right candidate, we move toward a structure that includes performance bonuses and flat fees tied directly to store output. The better the stores perform, the more you earn.
