About the Role:
As a Senior Facebook Media Buyer (Search Arbitrage), you will take full ownership of scaling and optimising Meta campaigns within our arbitrage operation.
This is a high-performance, results-driven role where output matters.

You will:
• Set up, manage, and scale Facebook campaigns within Search Arbitrage
• Optimise campaigns based on ROI, EPC, CTR, and profitability
• Work with internal dashboards and tracking systems to make data-driven decisions
• Test creatives, funnels, angles, and structures continuously
• Scale winning campaigns to significant daily spend levels
• Collaborate with the team to translate insights into profitable volume

About You:

We are looking for someone who:
• Has hands-on experience in Search Arbitrage (RSOC)
• Has 3+ years of Meta (Facebook) media buying experience
• Has experience scaling campaigns with real budgets
• Is highly analytical and comfortable working with data
• Understands tracking, attribution, and funnel mechanics
• Is performance-driven and focused on profitability
• Can work independently in a remote setup
• Is based in the Philippines and available full-time
