Build an Interactive Website with animations and video for hairdressing

Hi, i need someone to Build an Interactive site using wordpress with an old apothecary type theme for hairdressing, the individual will also need to be proficient in graphic design to alter and create images as well as work on animation and video. The site will have a store with a series of categories, it will have quite a few variations for products and should be easily managed and updated. You would also need to be able to alter the wordpress source code.
