Social Media Manager and Creator/Influencer Manager

Personal Social Media Management & Brand Growth:

Manage and grow my personal social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, etc.)
Create, edit (Reels, videos, photos), schedule, and post content daily
Engage with my audience — reply to comments, DMs, and build community
Track performance and suggest ways to increase reach, engagement, and followers
Keep a consistent, authentic personal brand voice and look

Influencer/UGC Campaign Partnership Management:

Manage my professional brand email inbox and partnership inquiries
Research brands and companies for UGC campaigns, influencer collaborations, PR opportunities, and ad deals
Write professional pitch emails and proposals
Handle outreach, follow-ups, and keep the partnership pipeline organized (using Google Sheets or simple tools)
Support closing deals (with my guidance)

Requirements:

1+ years experience managing social media for a personal brand or creator (not just company pages)
Skilled in basic video editing (CapCut) and photo editing (Canva)
Good at writing engaging captions and professional pitch emails
Organized, self-motivated, and excellent at follow-ups
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Experience with influencer/UGC marketing or brand outreach is a big advantage
