Post-Processing Lead

About the Position:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Post Processing Lead to oversee our team of Post-Processing Coordinators. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the QA team and post-processing function, ensuring jobs are reviewed and finalized to the highest standard across client jobs made up of photography, floor plans, and 3D tours. You will own team performance, drive quality outcomes, and serve as the primary bridge between the post-processing team and Operations and Client Experience leadership.

This is a hands-on leadership role — you are equally comfortable jumping into Photoshop to resolve an escalated job as you are analyzing quality metrics to identify trends and coach your team toward improvement.
