We are looking for a confident, organized, and people-oriented tea ---------- mber to work part-time as:

Outreach Specialist – contacting businesses to request quotes for our blog
If you’re great on the phone, comfortable speaking with business owners and job applicants, and very organized, this role is for you.

Main Responsibilities
1. Cold Calling (Primary Role)

Call small and medium-sized businesses.

Introduce yourself and explain that we are writing a blog featuring businesses in their industry or area.

Ask if they would be open to providing a short quote or tip for the article.

Handle common objections and keep the conversation professional and friendly.

Record all successful quotes and details clearly in our tracking system.

What We’re Looking For

Strong spoken English with a clear, friendly, and professional tone.

Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, customer service, or sales (highly preferred).
Comfortable following scripts but also thinking on your feet when objections come up.

Organized and detail-oriented — able to track calls, quotes, and interviews properly.

Reliable internet connection, working microphone/headset, and a quiet workspace.

Ability to work 2–4 hours per day, Monday–Friday (Philippines time schedule to be agreed upon).

Pay & Incentives

Base Pay: $5.50 per hour

Bonus: $10 for every qualified quote you successfully obtain from a business This is a part-time, long-term opportunity with potential for more responsibilities if you perform well.
