Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly strategic and proactive Business Development Manager based in the Philippines to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is skilled in outreach, research, content creation, and relationship building, and who enjoys identifying new opportunities for business growth.
You will play a key role in helping expand our network through LinkedIn and email outreach, thought leadership content, visual storytelling, and strategic research initiatives.

Responsibilities
Plan and execute strategic LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns
Research and identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and development avenues
Maintain and update accurate records in our CRM
Create on-brand thought leadership content for LinkedIn
Design highly engaging, on-brand visuals to accompany LinkedIn content and campaigns
Develop clean, professional presentation decks for business initiatives, when needed
Support new marketing initiatives and growth campaigns
Conduct market research and prospect research
Track outreach performance and optimize campaigns
Assist leadership in identifying high-value leads and strategic connections

Requirements
Based in the Philippines
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Strong strategic thinking and research skills
Experience with LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns
Comfortable working with CRM systems
Ability to write professional LinkedIn content
Strong design aesthetic and attention to brand consistency
Ability to create engaging visual content and professional presentation decks
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Able to work 3 hours per day aligned with Eastern Time (ET)

Nice to Have
Experience in B2B business development
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Experience with tools such as ---------- , ----------
Experience with Canva, Figma, or other visual design tools

Compensation
$7 USD per hour
3 hours per day
Long-term opportunity with potential to grow in responsibilities and commission
