Reservations & Partner Relations Coordinator
This is not a passive support role. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and agency partners. We need someone who follows up relentlessly, sends proposals on time, and knows how to close, not just respond.
About us
Jupiter Residences manages a curated portfolio of premium and luxury chalets across the French Alps, Val Thorens, Courchevel, Méribel, and Megève. We handle direct bookings and work with a growing network of luxury travel agencies and tour operators worldwide.
What you'll do
Respond to all direct booking inquiries
Send tailored quotes and follow up consistently until the deal is closed
Manage inbound requests from travel agencies and tour operators, answer their questions, send availability and pricing, make sure they have everything they need
Build and maintain relationships with our agency partners so they keep sending clients our way
Conduct outbound prospecting, sending cold outreach
Keep our booking tracker and CRM clean and up to date at all times
What we're looking for
Excellent written English, clear, professional, warm. You'll be speaking to high-end international clients and luxury agencies
Sales instinct, you follow up, you close, you don't let leads go cold
Highly organized, nothing falls through the cracks. Every inquiry is tracked, every follow-up is done
Reliable and autonomous, you manage your workload independently and flag issues proactively
Experience in hospitality, travel, or short-term rental is a strong plus, but attitude and work ethic come first
Working conditions
