LinkedIn Recruiter VA (E-commerce Hiring – mainly UK)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled Recruitment VA / LinkedIn Sourcer to help us find top-tier talent for an e-commerce leadership role in the UK.

Your primary responsibility will be to use LinkedIn (Recruiter or Sales Navigator) to identify, qualify, and shortlist high-quality candidates that match a very specific profile.

This is not a general VA role — we’re looking for someone who understands how to find high-level talent, not just collect random profiles.

What You’ll Be Doing"

- Use LinkedIn Recruiter / Sales Navigator to search for candidates in the UK
Identify candidates with:
- E-commerce experience (Shopify, Amazon, TikTok)
- Experience scaling brands or working in agencies
- Strong hands-on execution background
- Build targeted search filters and Boolean searches
- Create and maintain a shortlist of high-quality candidates
- Provide structured candidate summaries (experience, relevance, strengths)
- Continuously refine searches based on feedback

What We’re Looking For:

Required:
- Proven experience using LinkedIn for recruitment or lead generation
- Strong understanding of Boolean search / advanced filtering
- Experience sourcing for UK, US, or Western markets
- Excellent attention to detail (quality > quantity)
- Strong written English

Preferred (Big Advantage):
- Experience recruiting for e-commerce or marketing roles
Familiarity with:
- Shopify
- Paid ads (Meta/TikTok)
- E-commerce brands or agencies
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter (not just basic search)

What Success Looks Like:
You can consistently find highly relevant candidates, not just volume
You understand what “good” looks like in e-commerce talent
You improve search quality over time without needing constant direction
