Outbound Cold Caller / Appointment Setter – B2B Sales

We are a U.S.-based marketing agency looking for a confident, experienced cold caller to help us book appointments with business owners in the automotive and HVAC industries. This is a part-time role to start with potential for full-time based on performance. This is not a virtual assistant role. We are only looking for candidates with real cold calling or sales experience.

What You’ll Do: Make 100–200 outbound calls per day (depending on hours), speak with business owners and decision-makers, qualify prospects, and book appointments on our calendar, follow a proven script (and improve it over time).
Who This Is For: You should apply if you have cold calling, telemarketing, or sales experience, are comfortable speaking with business owners, can handle rejection and stay consistent, speak clear and confident English, and have worked in automotive or HVAC-related outreach or sales.

Who This Is NOT For: Virtual assistants with no sales experience, customer support agents, or anyone uncomfortable making high-volume outbound calls.

Compensation: Base pay is $6–$7/hour with performance bonuses of $20 per booked appointment and $30 per appointment after 25 bookings in a month. Bonuses are paid for qualified appointments that attend the scheduled call. Strong performers can move into a full-time role.
