We are a growing Amazon-focused team looking for a high-level Graphic Designer to join our creative department. You won’t just be "making graphics"; you’ll be crafting the visual identity of brands and creating high-converting Amazon listings that stand out in a crowded marketplace.

Your Mission:
Amazon Listing Mastery: Design "Main Images" that grab attention, plus Infographics and Lifestyle images that explain product benefits instantly.
A+ Content & Storefronts: Build beautiful, cohesive Brand Stories and EBC (Enhanced Brand Content) layouts that drive conversions.
Creative Problem Solving: Take a raw product photo and turn it into a premium-looking asset through expert retouching and manipulation.
Brand Consistency: Work alongside another Designer and Team Lead to ensure every brand we manage has a consistent, professional "vibe."
Efficiency: Manage multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
The Skillset We Need:
Expert Level: Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator are your best friends.
The "Amazon Eye": You understand Amazon’s technical requirements (white backgrounds, aspect ratios) and what makes a customer stop scrolling.
Independence: You can take a creative brief and run with it, though you’ll check in with the Team Lead for feedback.
Communication: We believe in over-communication. You’ll be expected to provide updates on your progress throughout your shift.
Portfolio: You MUST have a portfolio that showcases e-commerce or product-focused design.
Schedule & Compensation:
Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week).
Shift: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM Philippine Time (This is crucial for real-time collaboration with the rest of our team).
Starting Pay: P40,000 per month.
