JOB OVERVIEW

We are a web design & SEO agency working primarily with home service businesses in the Netherlands (roofers, painters, plumbers, contractors etc.).

We are looking for an execution-focused SEO specialist who understands local search in the Dutch market and can directly impact rankings and lead flow through Google Business Profile (GBP), content SEO, and linkbuilding.

This is not a strategy-only role. We need someone who does the work, consistently, and at high quality.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
1. Google Business Profile (GBP) Optimization
Optimize categories, services, and descriptions (NL-focused)
Weekly posting (geo + keyword-driven)
Q&A setup and optimization
Review strategy (generation + responses)
Ongoing improvements based on performance
2. Content SEO (Dutch websites)
Keyword research focused on Dutch search intent
Creating SEO outlines for service + location pages
On-page optimization (titles, meta, headings, internal linking)
Structuring pages for both ranking + conversion
3. Linkbuilding
Local citations (NL directories)
Outreach for relevant backlinks
Tracking links, anchors, and performance
Focus on quality + relevance (no spam tactics)
Requirements
Proven experience with Local SEO + GBP
Experience working on Dutch (Netherlands) websites is a big plus
Ability to execute consistently (weekly deliverables)
Clear reporting (checklist + KPI updates)
Organized, detail-oriented, and quality-first

IMPORTANT – Netherlands Focus
Most of our clients are Dutch home service businesses.

???? In your application, you must explain clearly:

How you approach SEO for the Dutch market specifically
How you would generate leads for local home service businesses in the Netherlands
What would be different vs. other countries

Applications without this will be ignored.
