Facebook Engagement Specialist (Comments & Conversation Growth)

We’re looking for someone to increase engagement on our Facebook ads by starting and maintaining natural conversations in the comments.

Your goal is to make ads feel active and trustworthy. Strong comment sections help remove doubts, build trust, increase CTR, and lower CPM & CPA.

What You’ll Do:

1. Post and reply to comments in a natural way
2. Start conversations that encourage others to engage
3. Ask simple questions and keep discussions active
4. Address doubts and hesitation about the product
5. Subtly highlight benefits through “real” experiences

Requirements:

* Fluent in English
* Writes natural, human-like comments
* Understands how people interact on Facebook
* Available daily

Important
* No spam or fake-looking comments. Everything must feel real.

Goal:
More engagement ? more trust ? higher CTR ? lower CPM & CPA.
