Looking for a Customer Service Representative to support high-end luxury or fashion brands to deliver a premium client experience.


What you’ll do:
You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage the full customer journey with the discretion, warmth, and professionalism that luxury clientele expect.

Requirements:
If you have worked in a high-end retail, fashion, or luxury brand environment and understand what white-glove service actually looks like in practice, this role is a strong fit.
