We’re looking for a performance-driven video editor who knows how to make ads that actually convert.

What you’ll do:
• Edit high-converting ad creatives (UGC, hooks, fast-paced formats)
• Turn ideas into scroll-stopping videos for Meta & TikTok
• Work fast, iterate faster (we test a lot)
• Collaborate with strategists to improve performance, not just visuals

You’re a fit if:
• You’ve worked on paid social ads (not just aesthetic edits)
• You understand hooks, retention, and conversion psychology
• You’re detail-obsessed and move fast without breaking things
• You take ownership and think beyond “just editing”
