JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and direct Google Merchant Center (GMC) specialist to quickly resolve a current account suspension and provide ongoing management of our product feed.

The Core Issue: Our GMC account is currently suspended due to a "Misrepresentation" policy violation. We need an expert who knows exactly what Google looks for to get the account reinstated immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

Resolve Misrepresentation: Audit our Shopify website and GMC account to ensure complete compliance. This includes finding and fixing discrepancies, such as ensuring our shipping times, return policies, and contact details on the store perfectly match the settings inside GMC.
Shopify API Feed Management: Manage and monitor our automated product feed connected via the Shopify API (Content API).
Ongoing GMC Maintenance: Regularly monitor the "Needs attention" tab to fix any disapproved items, policy violations, or warnings (such as missing GTINs, MPNs, or brand identifiers) before they impact performance.
Data Syncing: Ensure product data, pricing, and availability sync flawlessly between Shopify and Google without triggering new suspensions.

Requirements:

Proven, verifiable track record of successfully lifting GMC "Misrepresentation" suspensions.
Deep understanding of Google's strict Merchant Center policies.
Hands-on experience managing automated Shopify-to-Google API connections.
No fluff—we need someone who is straight to the point, identifies the problem, and fixes it.
