Graphic Designer (Music Education)

Hello!

I am looking for an independent contractor to assist with graphics and illustrations for music education, approximately 10 - 20 hours per week. Projects for this role include creating graphics for social media, illustrating original flat, minimal vector art, re-creating music notation for teaching materials, and creating thumbnails for teaching videos.

This role is perfect for artists who enjoy flexibility and autonomy in work schedules. It is also perfect for artists who enjoy children's illustrations, learning about music, working with a clean, minimal brand, and knowing you are making a difference for teachers who use your materials. Both graphic design and illustration skills will be used in this role.

Successful candidates will be
1. Meticulously detail-oriented in their final output
2. Skilled in Adobe, Affinity, or other industry-standard software
3. Enthusiastic about receiving feedback and learning new skills (such as musical notation and educational terminology)
4. Committed to reliable communication and meeting deadlines
