JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support Agent to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate assistance while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and live chat
* Complete and maintain required Google Forms accurately and consistently
* Edit and manage customer orders in Shopify as needed
* Escalate complex issues, refund requests, cancellations, and sensitive cases to Team Leads for further review and resolution through Richpanel

What We're Looking For:
* Strong written communication skills
* Comfortable working with tools like Shopify, Google Forms, and Richpanel (or similar helpdesk platforms)
* Good judgment in identifying when to escalate issues
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple conversations at once
