We are looking for an energetic, confident, and highly motivated Customer Communications Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. In this work-from-home role, you will report directly to and be fully supported by our Team.

Your primary focus will be making outbound cold calls to our target audience: primary school administrators, childcare educators, and science teachers. If you have a naturally happy disposition, love talking to people, and want to work with an industry leader while enjoying local support, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound cold calls to primary schools, childcare centers, and educational professionals.

Clearly and confidently communicate the value of our educational supplies to generate leads and interest.

Update and maintain accurate customer records and call logs using our CRM software.

Navigate Shopify to reference product catalogs, pricing, or customer data during calls.

Maintain a positive, upbeat, and resilient attitude, even when faced with rejection or busy school schedules.

Work closely with our Team to ensure targets and quality standards are met.

What You Bring to the Table (Requirements)
Exceptional English Skills: You must possess strong, clear, and highly confident spoken English to effectively communicate with Australian educators.

A "Sunny" Disposition: A happy, enthusiastic, and approachable personality is an absolute must for this role!

Experience: Proven experience in outbound cold calling or a similar B2B telemarketing role.
Software Knowledge: Prior experience working with Shopify and navigating CRM software is required.
Reliability: Ability to consistently work between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM Sydney time, 3 to 5 days a week.

Work-From-Home Technical Requirements
Primary Internet: A stable, high-speed wired internet connection (Minimum 20 Mbps).
Equipment: A reliable PC or laptop (Minimum 8GB RAM, Core i3/Ryzen 3 or equivalent) and a noise-canceling USB headset.
Backups: A reliable backup internet connection (e.g., pocket Wi-Fi or mobile data) and power backup in case of outages.

What We Provide
A fully funded VOIP telephone line to make your calls.
A flexible contract arrangement allowing you to work comfortably from your home.
Direct support and training from a local manager based in PH.
The stability and prestige of working for a 20-year-old industry-leading business.
