Hey there. My name is Jimmy, and I operate a Real Estate Appraisal company here in the U.S. We are expanding our team, and we are looking for talented team members to build long term & stable relationships.
That’s right! We are looking for team members for the LONG TERM! I know that’s really easy for me to say, and if you’re still reading this, I am certain you’ve heard it before, because this is not likely your first time seeking employment in the virtual arena.
Here’s the thing, I’ve had the opportunity of working with several Filipino Virtual Assistants over the past few years, and while I’d like to say each one was a Rockstar, the reality is I’ve seen my share of busters. I don’t mean this as an indictment against Filipinos; I’ve had the same experiences with the Americans, Indians or Columbians I have worked with. You see the truth is, everyone excels when they’re doing something that suits them and they enjoy, and they absolutely suck when they’re not.
So why I am saying all of this now, well it's simple; I’m tired of screwing around with duds.
If you really do want to work with a growing professional team, that supports each other, is paid well, and is really serious about producing the highest caliber work product…. and you are really serious about working, then please read on. If you are honestly a little unsure or insecure about your ability to work in this type of environment, then please stop wasting your time reading this… if you know for certain that you are more Rockstar than a dud, you are accountable to yourself first and foremost to always be and do your best, you’re willing to learn and immediately apply some new things then keep reading...
Right now, we have an opening for a Virtual Assistant. If we choose to work together, you will be initially responsible for researching residential properties, preparing and editing online appraisal reports. As your experience, and expertise grows, so will your responsibilities and income.
We offer a generous compensation package starting at $2.50-3.00 USD per hour. As I said before, we have worked with many other Filipino assistants in the past, and we know we can get the work we need to be done for as little as $1.75 per hour (heck, we’ve done it.) So why offer such a higher rate of pay… well, as I said earlier, “I’m tired of screwing around with duds.” I want to work with people who are serious about their business and committed to excelling for themselves and their families… simply put, I want to attract and work with people who really want to work and will treat our position as the career opportunity it really is.
This position is not for everyone. To be successful in our company you have to be: detail-oriented, learn fast, be reliable, able to work independently, and speak, write & read English well.
If you're interested, please send me your resume & a cover letter. If you want to be considered for the position then type “I’m serious about my business.” in the subject line.
Thank you for your time, and speak with you soon.
Jimmy
p.s. We've found our most successful team members are those that are action takers. They learn something, take action and apply what they've learned, get feedback, take action and apply what they've learned from the feedback, and repeat the process. So again, if this sounds like you, please contact us.
