Project Manager

Dore & Rose is looking for a Project Manager who can keep marketing, product, and operations aligned in a fast-moving DTC brand.

This role is for someone who understands how campaigns, launches, and sales events connect to revenue, and can turn moving parts into a clear execution plan.

What you’ll do:

Manage marketing campaigns, product launches, and sales events
Keep teams aligned on timelines, deliverables, and priorities
Track KPIs, OKRs, and project progress
Run weekly check-ins and keep initiatives moving
Spot bottlenecks early and solve issues fast
Improve workflows using AI tools and automations

What we’re looking for:

4+ years of experience in project management, operations, or marketing
Background in DTC or e-commerce
Strong understanding of campaigns, funnels, offers, and launches
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
Full-time availability and fully committed to one role
