Job Title: Product Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Product Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a critical part in managing product data, supporting inventory reporting, and ensuring seamless coordination across multiple departments including Sales, Finance, eCommerce, and Customer Service.
You will be responsible for maintaining data accuracy, supporting product lifecycle processes, and contributing to business insights through reporting and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Data & System Management
- Create and maintain product master data across internal systems (e.g., PLM, BI tools)
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business frameworks
- Manage product lifecycle data including seasonality, collection setup, and program timelines
- Develop and distribute order forms for product programs and launches
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of product programs
Inventory & Sales Data Support
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock management initiatives
- Generate regular inventory and sales reports (e.g., sell-through, stock on hand, weeks of cover)
- Assist with residual stock reporting and product performance analysis
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and data accuracy
Global Product Setup & Coordination
- Support global product setup and ensure accurate system configuration prior to launches
- Manage updates related to product changes, cancellations, and program communications
- Assist in product-related reporting, wrap-ups, and cross-functional meetings
Skills & Experience:
Essential
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage high volumes of data in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Desirable
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
- Experience in retail, wholesale, or fashion industry environments
- Knowledge of data systems (e.g., PLM, SAP, BI tools)
- Analytical mindset with strong numerical and commercial awareness
