Real Estate Photo Editor (Full-Time, Long-Term)

We are a U.S.-based Real Estate Media company looking for a full-time Photo Editor to join our growing team.
We specialize in high-end real estate photography and prioritize quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
We are looking for someone with an artistic eye who can follow a specific editing style and is willing to learn and grow with us long-term.


What You’ll Do:
-Edit real estate photos using Lightroom and Photoshop
-Follow our custom editing process (training provided)
-Maintain consistent color, lighting, and natural results
-Deliver work on time and communicate clearly


For our Editing Style we focus on:
-HDR + Flash blending and realistic tones
-Balanced shadows and highlights
-Clean, consistent and professional results
We will train you on our process, but you must be able to follow instructions closely.


Requirements:
-Experience with Lightroom and Photoshop
-Strong attention to detail
-Reliable internet and computer
-Ability to follow instructions and match a style
-Good communication


Position Details:
-Full-time
-Tuesday to Saturday
-10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Philippines Time)
-Long-term position


Compensation:
-$700/month starting
-Performance bonuses available
-Raises based on performance and consistency
-5 paid vacation days (increases over time)
