Grabbing Market Media is searching for a dedicated, full-time Internal Sales Associate to manage, call, and convert warm homeowner leads into appointments for our contractor clients.
Picture this: It’s 10:07 PM on a Wednesday. Our team leader is hard at work, watching the leads pile up from our high-performing ads. Homeowners are waiting for calls, databases need updating, and every “no” is a challenge to turn into a “yes.” Our fast-paced, online marketing business is booming, and we need someone who’s ready to dive in, take charge, and transform these leads into booked appointments.

Job Overview:
This part-time, remote role that can grow into full-time - this requires dedication during these hours:
Mandatory
4-6 hours per day
Monday through Friday
Preferred/Optional
Saturday: 10AM - 2PM EST
Sunday: 10AM - 2PM EST


Main Responsibilities:
Manage 5-10 client accounts to qualify and book in-home appointments.
Call and text leads every day, all day
Work old leads with free time, handle promotional blasts, incoming texts, and emails, and Follow-ups
Respond to incoming texts and emails to maximize appointment bookings


Requirements:
Experience setting appointments for a home improvement company or agency that helps remodeling companies - specifically, remodeling companies that do bathroom or kitchen remodels
Fluent English (and Fluent Spanish Preferred) - level B2 English or better
Go Highlevel Experience
2+ years of Appointment Setting or Sales Experience (Preferred: currently working as an appointment setter, looking for a better opportunity)
Dual Monitor Working Setup
Strong Wi-Fi connection and a stable computer with a microphone
Quiet workspace
Hard-working/resilient, self-efficient, and able to work the hours listed above
Excellent communication and active listening skills, high emotional IQ
Bonus: experience with the construction industry (specifically kitchen and bath remodeling)


Compensation:
On Target Earnings of $600-800+ USD per month while working part-time
Base Pay + Commission (Uncapped)
