Lead Generation & Content Specialist (Meta, Tiktok, Google, etc)

We are a fast-paced transportation and logistics company based in US - looking for a tech-savvy Lead Generation Specialist to completely own our truck driver lead generation pipeline. We move fast, expect results, and want a self-starter with a winner's mentality who loves using technology to solve problems and deliver results.

What You Will Do:
• Source and generate truck driver leads across the USA using mainly Meta/Tiktok, but also older platforms like Craigslist (simple posting - low tech). But any other avenue o channel that can generate leads is encouraged.
• Test new ads and lower the cost per lead, continuously improving the quality and quantity of leads. If possible, test new platforms, scrape data, find innovative ways to increase volume.
(Heavy use of AI tools to maximize your productivity is highly expected).
• Create and test new content: text, photo & video. Heavy use of AI tools to maximize your productivity is highly encouraged.

Space for independence is provided, results will be rewarded while results will be tracked and expected.
