Hippies Heaven is a fast-growing retail and wholesale company operating in the smoke shop, CBD, and specialty products industry. We are expanding rapidly and building a structured, corporate-level backend team to support multiple brands including HH Brands and Humpin Hippies.
We are looking for a high-level Human Resources Manager who can build, enforce, and manage HR systems with precision, accountability, and zero gaps.

???? Position Overview
This is not a basic HR role. You will be responsible for full-cycle Human Resources operations, including hiring, compliance, scheduling, time verification, performance tracking, and documentation.
You must be extremely detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable being monitored for accountability.

???? Core Responsibilities
???? Recruitment & Hiring
• Post job listings and manage applicant pipelines
• Screen candidates and conduct structured interviews
• Coordinate hiring decisions with leadership
• Oversee onboarding process (contracts, handbook, payroll setup)

???? Employee Management & Compliance
• Maintain employee records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws and company policies
• Enforce company handbook and disciplinary procedures
• Handle terminations, write-ups, and HR documentation

???? Time Tracking & Verification (CRITICAL)
• Verify all employee clock-ins and clock-outs
• Download and store:
• VA timeproof screenshots (start of shift)
• On-site employee footage (camera verification)
• Screen record ALL verification processes as proof of completion
• Maintain logs showing verification was completed daily

???? Scheduling (Onsite + Virtual Assistants)
• Build and manage weekly schedules
• Ensure proper staffing coverage at all times
• Coordinate shift changes and coverage gaps
• Balance labor cost efficiency with operational needs

???? Reporting & Accountability
• Maintain HR dashboards and tracking systems
• Track:
• Attendance
• Performance
• Disciplinary actions
• Provide daily and weekly HR reports to management

???? Documentation & Proof-Based Workflow
• Every task must have verifiable proof (screen recordings, logs, reports)
• Maintain organized digital records for audits and review
• Ensure no task can be marked complete without evidence

• 2+ years experience in Human Resources or Operations
• Strong English communication (written and verbal)
• Highly organized and detail-obsessed
• Experience with remote teams / virtual assistants
• Comfortable with strict accountability and monitoring systems
• Tech-savvy (Google Sheets, dashboards, payroll systems, screen recording tools)
