About Us:
Central Business Marketing is a high-rated, established marketing agency in Houston, Texas. We’ve been in business for over 40 years, specializing in printing, signs, apparel, and promotional products. We are now expanding heavily into digital media and AI-driven solutions.

Who We Are Looking For:
We need a "Swiss Army Knife" virtual assistant. You are someone who can jump from designing a business card to updating a website, then pivot to managing customer emails and sourcing new promotional products. You don’t need to be an expert in everything on day one, but you must be a fast learner with a "can-do" attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design: Help with layouts for business cards, flyers, and signs (Experience with CorelDRAW is a huge plus!).

Website Support: Assist with updates and design tweaks on our Duda website platform.


Email
& Approvals: Manage inbox flow and follow up with customers on artwork approvals.

Product Sourcing: Research and find new promotional products or apparel items for our clients.

General "Anything Needed" Support: Help with various administrative tasks as we grow our digital media presence.

Requirements:

Excellent written English (you will be communicating with our clients).

Experience with graphic design software (CorelDRAW, Adobe Suite, or Canva).

Familiarity with website builders (experience with Duda is preferred).

Strong organizational skills—you never let a task fall through the cracks.

High-speed internet and a reliable computer.
