JOB OVERVIEW

I'm the Marketing Director for a 20-year lemon law firm based in Los Angeles and Irvine, California. I run a fast-paced marketing operation that includes weekly networking events, Instagram growth, and direct outreach to high-net-worth individuals. I need a sharp, reliable VA to handle the admin and social media work so I can focus on the big picture. This role has long-term potential for the right person.

What you'll do
Manage and respond to DMs and comments on Instagram in a professional, friendly tone

Schedule and post content consistently across Instagram using a content calendar

Research Instagram car pages and pull lists of qualified followers (luxury car owners, business owners) for me to personally DM

Follow target accounts on Instagram to grow the page organically

Update and maintain our event guest list and CRM after each event

Send follow-up messages to event invitees who haven't RSVPed

General admin tasks — organizing spreadsheets, tracking outreach, light research

What I'm looking for
Strong Instagram knowledge — you understand how the algorithm works, hashtags, engagement

Excellent written English — you'll be communicating with high-net-worth professionals on my behalf

Organized, proactive, and communicates clearly — I need someone who flags issues before they become problems

Previous VA or social media management experience required

Available during Pacific Standard Time business hours (at least partially)

Bonus: experience working with a law firm, real estate, or luxury brand
