Job Summary
The Group Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple construction projects, departments, or operational units within the organization. This role ensures that projects and teams operate efficiently, meet organizational goals, and adhere to quality, safety, and budget standards. The Group Manager provides strategic leadership, supports project managers and department heads, and ensures the successful execution of construction operations.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
* Licensed Civil Engineer or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
* Minimum 8-12 years of experience in the construction industry, with several years in a managerial or leadership role.
* Proven experience managing multiple construction projects or teams.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management, and regulatory requirements.
* Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
