We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience in primary tradelines to support our growing credit and financial services operation.
The ideal candidate understands how primary tradelines work and how to accurately manage client information while maintaining strict confidentiality.
This role is remote and full-time, and requires someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and experienced working with credit data systems.
Responsibilities
• Input and manage primary tradeline data for clients
• Accurately enter client information into our Mac Mini remote system
• Maintain organized records of client profiles and tradeline placements
• Track tradeline reporting timelines and updates
• Monitor client accounts and ensure accuracy of data entry
• Maintain strict data security and confidentiality
• Provide administrative and operational support as needed
Required Skills
• Experience working with primary tradelines or the credit repair/credit building industry
• Strong data entry and accuracy skills
• Comfortable working remotely through Mac Mini or remote desktop environments
• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple client files
• Reliable internet connection
• Professional communication and attention to detail
Preferred Experience
• Experience with credit repair or credit consulting companies
• Familiarity with Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion reporting
• Knowledge of credit profiles, reporting cycles, and tradeline aging
