JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to make outbound calls to property owners, identify potential sellers, and set appointments. Your role is to have natural conversations, understand the seller’s situation and goals, and qualify leads.

We are not just looking to buy properties — we help homeowners explore different ways to sell and aim to help them get the most equity possible. Once a lead is qualified, you’ll schedule an appointment for our Acquisition Manager, who will visit the property, inspect it, and present all available options and offers.

This is a results-driven role that requires strong communication skills, consistency, and confidence on the phone. Previous experience in cold calling and/or real estate is required.
