Social Media Manager/Graphics Designer

We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy Social Media Manager to join our rapidly evolving podcast production and social media marketing business. You will be responsible for creating high-quality graphics, editing AI-generated copy, and scheduling content using Cloud Connect.

This is an output-based role designed for a professional who is efficient with their time and enjoys being rewarded for their production. We are looking for a long-term partner who can grow with us as the role evolves.

Compensation & Structure:
Base Pay: $40.00 USD per week (Guaranteed minimum for weekly meetings, email management, and 30 minutes of coordination).
Production Pay: Once your weekly output exceeds the base, you are paid per item (Reels, Podcast Posts, Graphics). Our goal is for a standard workload to result in $100 per week.
Software Stipend: A $20.00 monthly stipend is provided to assist with your software subscriptions.

13th Month Pay: Eligible after 6 months of service.

Responsibilities:
Strategy: Use ChatGPT Plus/Gemini to help ideate and build monthly social media calendars. (We have built GPT's/GEMS for brand language)
Content Creation: Design custom graphics in Adobe Photoshop (no Canva-only designers, please).
AI Copywriting: Use AI to draft captions and hashtags, then edit them for brand voice and accuracy.
Scheduling: Fully manage the Cloud Connect dashboard to ensure all posts are scheduled and live.

Reporting: Join a weekly 30-minute meeting to review analytics and adjust strategy.
Workflow: Manage all tasks and deadlines within Asana.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in Social Media Management (experience with "Cloud Connect" or "Cloud Campaign" is a huge plus).
High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
Strong understanding of how to prompt and refine AI-generated content.
Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
