We are Palmway Pools, a premium pool service company that services residential homes and Airbnb properties.

Our customers rely on us to keep their pools in perfect condition, especially when guests are staying at their homes.

That means communication, speed, and attention to detail matter at a very high level.



What You’ll Be Doing:

You will be the bridge between customers and our field technicians.

This is not just customer support, this is operations.

* Answer inbound calls and messages from customers
* Coordinate and dispatch technicians efficiently
* Handle scheduling, rescheduling, and urgent issues
* Communicate clearly with both customers and the field team
* Track jobs and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
* Keep everything organized and documented


Tools You’ll Be Using:

* WhatsApp
* Slack
* Go High Level (GHL)

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for someone sharp.

* Excellent English, both written and spoken
* Experience in a service-based business (home services is a big plus)
* Strong attention to detail, you catch things others miss
* Fast thinker, able to handle pressure and make decisions
* Highly organized and proactive
* Great with customers, calm, professional, and confident
* Reliable and responsive, we move fast
