B2B Lead Scout (AI Visibility) – Legal & Real Estate

We are a high-end AI Optimization agency helping professional firms (Law and Real Estate) capture the shift from Google Search to AI search (ChatGPT). We are looking for a Lead Scout to identify "invisible" firms and book them for a 15-minute Market Analysis.

Why this is a great role:

No Closing: You are only responsible for the initial 5-minute call and booking the appointment.
High Upside: We pay for performance. One close can net you a $100 bonus.
Vetted Leads: We provide the list; no manual lead generation required.

Compensation:

Base: $5.00 USD / hour.
The "Show" Bonus: $20.00 for every prospect that attends the 15-minute audit.
The "Close" Bonus: $100.00 for every deal closed from your appointments.

Requirements:
Professional, neutral accent.
Experience with MyPhoner or similar power dialers.
Must be comfortable speaking with Law Firm Partners and Real Estate Brokers
