Position Overview

We are hiring an All-In-One Real Estate Virtual Assistant who can assist with:

Cold calling luxury homeowners
Lead generation
Guest communication
Listing management
Social media posting
Administrative support

Call property owners daily

Follow provided scripts
Build homeowner contact lists
Track calls and responses
Set appointments with interested owners

Create and update property listings

Requirements

80–120 calls per day
