VA & Sales Marketing - Design

Mortgage and asset finance business looking for a VA and someone who is proficient in marketing from social media to traditional form's to generate leads (will need to supply concepts). Must be able to do design and writing for finance (research will be essential). I am front end business faced and want to allocate my time to prospect for new business, having a backend/support person that is an all rounder.
