About the Role:
I’m looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join my financial services team. This role requires hands-on experience with Xplan. If you do not have Xplan experience, this position will not be suitable.
You will support financial advisers, implement financial and investment plans, and ensure clients receive a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support financial advisers with financial plan and investment implementation
• Assist with new client onboarding and ongoing client service
• Maintain accurate client records in Xplan, including report generation and workflow management
• Ensure all work complies with internal policies and industry regulations
• Respond to client enquiries promptly and professionally
• Work closely with the team to improve processes and client experience
Experience & Skills Required:
• 3–5 years’ experience in a customer service or client support role within financial services
• Proven, hands-on Xplan experience is required
• Strong understanding of advice processes, financial plan and investment implementation, client onboarding, and compliance
• Confident written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
