Who we are
Son of a Coder is a boutique Swedish tech consultancy based in Stockholm. We design and deliver enterprise Cloud, Data, and AI platforms for companies in Banking, FinTech, HealthTech, Energy, and the Public Sector. Our clients are serious enterprises. Our team is senior. Our work is complex and high-value and we need someone who can open the right doors.

The opportunity
This is a full-time remote role. You will work directly with our founder & a senior sales team. Your job is to find the right people, start the right conversations, and move deals forward. When you get the right person on a call, the technical side is handled. Your job is to make that call happen.
This is a real sales role with a real base salary and real commission. No vague "performance bonuses." No cap on what you can earn.

Commission: 5-6% on closed deals (scales with volume)
- A single signed contract is typically worth $5,000–$50,000 USD
- No earnings cap

What you will do
Prospect outbound via LinkedIn, email, and phone targeting CTOs, IT Directors, and Heads of Engineering across Nordic, European, UK, and US markets
Qualify inbound leads and book discovery calls
Write and send proposals with support from our sales team
Build outreach sequences, scripts, and templates
Manage and maintain your pipeline in HubSpot
Report weekly on activity: meetings booked, calls made, deals progressed

What we are looking for
- At least 5+ years of B2B outbound sales experience — tech, SaaS, or professional services preferred
- Excellent written and spoken English you will represent a Swedish firm to senior European and US executives
- Comfortable with cold outreach; disciplined, self-directed, and consistent
- Familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and outbound sequencing
- A genuine curiosity about technology. You don't need to code, but you need to hold a smart conversation about Cloud, Data, and AI
