JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are a growing digital marketing agency looking for a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Director of Operations to help lead the day-to-day operations of the business.

This role is for someone who has already worked inside a digital marketing agency and understands how agency teams, clients, deadlines, fulfillment, communication, and accountability all work together.

You will help create structure, improve workflows, hold teams accountable, support client delivery, and help the agency scale more efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across the agency
- Improve team workflows, systems, and internal communication
- Build, document, and optimize SOPs and operational processes
- Manage team accountability, follow-up, and performance tracking
- Monitor project timelines, team capacity, and delivery quality
- Work with department leads to keep projects on schedule
- Help improve reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and visibility for leadership
- Assist with onboarding, training, and team development
- Identify bottlenecks and solve operational issues quickly
- Support the founder/leadership team in making the agency run smoothly

Requirements:
- Must have direct experience working in a digital marketing agency
- Strong operations, project management, and team coordination experience
- Experience managing remote teams and cross-functional departments
- Proven ability to create SOPs, workflows, and accountability systems
- Strong understanding of agency delivery, deadlines, and client management
- Experience with tools like ClickUp, ---------- , Asana, HubSpot, Slack, or similar
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Able to take ownership and operate without constant supervision

Preferred Experience:
- Experience managing account managers, project managers, creatives, media buyers, SEO teams, web teams, or client success teams
- Experience with KPI dashboards and performance reporting
- Experience with workflow automation and AI tools
- Experience supporting US-based clients or founders
